Jennifer holds a BFA in dance, a certification in Pilates through Romana's Pilates and a professor at Montgomery County Community College. She also has danced for Anne-Marie Mulgrew and Dancers and currently dances with UDW.

At 6 Keys Pilates, we focus on your body and keep classes small so everyone feels like they are getting a private lesson.

We offer mat classes with and without the Magic Circle, private mat class and private lessons on the equipment.

Being a dancer, Jennifer understands the body and how a dancer moves, which increases the workout for the dancer. She also takes lessons and attends workshops and CPE's through-out the year.
