PDC The School
Pennsylvania Dance Conservatory offers the finest in dance training, developing each student's ability to his or her highest potential. Our curriculum�provides a completely structured program stressing quality of dance and is designed to meet the individual needs of the student. Although not every student will pursue a professional career, the discipline, strength, coordination, flexibility, and appreciation of music and art gained from dance training are invaluable assets for anyone. We focus on classical ballet as we consider it to be the first discipline of all dance forms. In order to build a strong, versatile dancer, we feel there must be a comprehensive technical foundation - through that foundation comes the freedom for individual expression.
PDT The Company
Philadelphia Dance Theatre is the premier pre-professional dance company in the Philadelphia suburban area. Many of the dancers who perform with PDT have achieved high honors in dance - they have been awarded scholarships, majored in dance at universities and colleges and gone on to dance with professional ballet companies. We provide a safe, positive, and structured environment that promotes excellence in dance.
