Jeanne Ruddy Dance is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit dance company based in the aesthetics of contemporary dance.

The company was created and is directed by Jeanne Ruddy, former Principal Dancer with the Martha Graham Company. Jeanne Ruddy Dance is a Company of 12 highly trained professional dancers which provides audiences with world-class performances of the works of Jeanne Ruddy and other leading contemporary choreographers.

The Company is committed to supporting the professional dance community by providing access to its home, the Performance Garage, to support rehearsal and performance needs, and by providing professional training of the highest quality. Through its education, training and performance programs, Jeanne Ruddy Dance reaches out to the general community, particularly to disadvantaged young people, to help them enrich their lives through dance.
